At Peptide Haven, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 AUD. For orders under $250 AUD, standard shipping costs will be automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as Peptide Haven is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
